What types of ultrasound systems do you sell?
We sell new, refurbished, and pre-owned ultrasound systems for human and veterinary use. This includes cart-based, portable, and handheld systems from leading manufacturers such as GE, Mindray, Philips, SonoSite, BenQ, and others.
Are your ultrasound systems refurbished or used?
Besides new units, we offer both refurbished and lightly used systems. Refurbished systems are fully inspected, tested, and verified for proper operation. Many pre-owned systems have very low usage and are in excellent condition.
Are new systems factory-warrantied?
Yes. New ultrasound systems include the full manufacturer warranty, with optional extended coverage available in many cases.
How do refurbished systems compare to new ones?
Refurbished ultrasound systems typically offer the same clinical performance as new systems at a significantly lower cost. Many customers choose refurbished equipment to maximize value without sacrificing image quality or reliability. Refurbished units also come with a warranty.
Are your systems tested before sale?
Yes. Every system is biomedically tested for full functionality, image quality, and performance before shipment. We personally scan with each unit to ensure it performs like it did when it was new. If you need some custom settings, we offer that as well.
Do you test transducers as well?
Absolutely. All transducers are fully tested for element integrity, image quality, and proper operation. Many of our transducers are factory refurbished and come with a one-year warranty. If you like, we can add new transducers to your refurbished system.
Do your systems include a warranty?
Yes. Most refurbished systems include a standard warranty, with extended warranty options available. Warranty terms vary by system and will be clearly explained before purchase. New systems carry the full manufacturer's warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranties typically cover parts and labor related to normal operation. We will review exact coverage details with you prior to sale.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. We provide post-sale support to help with setup, basic operation, and troubleshooting.

We purchase equipment in bulk when possible and operate with low overhead, allowing us to pass those savings directly on to our customers. Do you offer financing or leasing options?
Yes. We offer very flexible financing and leasing programs for both new and refurbished ultrasound systems. Options may include programs with no payments for the first six months, followed by six months of low payments (as low as $99 per month), and then transitioning into a standard lease payment or straight financing, depending on what you prefer.
