If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery (regardless of when you first use the device). Delivery date is based on tracking information provided by the shipping company.
You may return for an exchange or refund. If exchanging for a product of higher value, your full purchase price will be applied to the new device. Refunds are for the purchase price of the device and will be provided once the device is received and inspected. Only products in new condition will be refunded at our discretion. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us by email. Include your serial number, practice name, doctors name and business address. We will issue a return merchandise authorization number. This must be included with your return please. We will inspect the item within 2 business days of receipt and issue a refund upon passing inspection. If we receive a damaged item, we will contact you.
